Call for Finance Valuations | Apartments on Levels 1 to 5

An important notice for purchasers of apartments on Levels 1 to 5 at Grace Victoria Quarter.

We are pleased to notify you that a letter will shortly be sent from our solicitor to your solicitor/conveyancer advising that apartments on levels 1 to 5 at Grace are now ready for finance valuations.

Please instruct your bank or financier that valuers can book in their inspection of the property by contacting:

Appointments will be available between 9.00am and 5.00pm, Monday to Friday starting from Monday 8 July.

Due to health and safety requirements, only valuers will be permitted on site.

Your opportunity to inspect your apartment will be at your pre-settlement inspection, and we will be in touch to arrange this soon.

If you haven’t already, we recommend that you urgently contact your financial institution to prepare your finances.

Note for purchasers of apartments on Levels 6-10

We anticipate calling for finance valuations for purchasers of apartments on Levels 6-10 in early-July.

Construction update

With settlement anticipated for just a couple of months away, activity on site at Grace is moving along quickly.

Both of the building’s lifts have been commissioned and are now fully operational. Cox Architecture is conducting architectural inspections in apartments on the lower levels, and the feature fins are being installed in the main lobby.

Civil works have commenced on Sale Street, including Grace’s magnificent lobby entrance, the surrounding footpaths and preparation for landscaping.

We have installed protective scaffold on the roof to help ensure that Macrennie is not hindered by winter weather and that the build continues to progress on time.

Settlement is currently anticipated to be called in late-August.
